EMBRIODERY
Embriodery for Proessional, Long Lasting Branding
Embroidery gives your uniforms a premium, hard-wearing finish. At Dynamic Workwear, we stitch crisp, colour-true logos on polos, shirts, jackets, caps, beanies and more- ideal for teams who want a smart, consistent look that lasts.
Why Choose Embriodery?
- Durable: Thread won’t crack or peel—great for daily wear and frequent washing.
- Premium look: Raised stitch gives depth and texture.
- Colour matched: We match to Pantone/brand colours as closely as thread libraries allow.
- Versatile: Suitable for most fabrics—cotton, poly blends, fleece, softshell, caps and beanies.
How our Process Works
- Artwork & quote – Send your logo (AI/EPS/PDF preferred; high-res PNG works too).
- Digitising – We convert your logo to stitches (a once-off setup).
- Proof – You’ll see a digital proof showing size and placement; samples on request.
- Production – We embroider in-house for consistent quality and fast turnaround.
- Quality check & delivery – Every item is checked before dispatch.
Typical placements & sizing
- Left chest: most common; usually 80–100 mm wide depending on logo shape.
- Caps & beanies: front panel height generally up to ~55 mm; sides/back for text.
- Sleeves/hem: neat spots for secondary marks or web/phone.
We’ll recommend sizes that keep small text legible and balanced with the garment.
When to choose embroidery vs print
- Embroidery: small/medium logos, polos, shirts, caps, outerwear, premium finish.
- Print (DTF/screen): large back logos, fine gradients, safety messaging, event tees.
Artwork guidelines
- Vector files (AI/EPS/PDF) are best.
- Minimum text height ≈5–6 mm for clarity (avoid thin scripts).
- Flat colours only—gradients are interpreted using solid threads.
Colours & Threads
We’ll match your brand colours using our thread library (closest Pantone match). Metallic, neon and specialty threads available for select items.
Lead times & minimums
Most embroidered orders are ready 7–14 business days from proof approval. Minimums are flexible; setup fees apply for new logos (once-off).
Care instructions
Wash inside-out, cold/warm cycle. Avoid bleach/softeners. Line dry or low tumble. Cool iron on reverse—don’t iron directly on embroidery.
